The First Sphere Course

The primary course of the Ishayas' Ascension is taught around the world in a weekend format called The First Sphere. In the First Sphere course, you learn the four initial Ascension techniques. These techniques are based on Praise, Gratitude and Love. They are effortless to use, yet powerful to practice.
 
The First Sphere course is simple, relaxing and enjoyable.  The Ishayas down-to earth and experiential approach makes the entire weekend one you will not forget. These courses are generally not in-residence.
By the end of the course you will have everything you need for a self sufficient practice that will enhance freedom in all areas of your life.
 
Once you have completed this course, you are welcome, and encouraged, to repeat the First Sphere as often as you wish, anywhere in the world, for free!

Sunday:

10.00 - 17.00

 

* Cognition Technique

* Ascend with all your Attitudes 

* Lunch Break (Vegetarian Pot Luck)

 

The Cognition Attitude is given individually rather than in a group setting, and the majority of the day is spent practicing all four techniques with the eyes closed. An explanation of the fourth Attitude will be given at the end of the day, and there will be plenty of time to answer any questions that may remain. Many people find that the Sunday is the most beautiful and enjoyable part of the weekend.
