{"id":50087,"date":"2022-08-15T07:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-08-15T07:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thebrightpath.com\/creating-healthy-habits-helped-me-experience-more-peace\/"},"modified":"2026-01-23T21:29:18","modified_gmt":"2026-01-23T21:29:18","slug":"mit-gesunden-gewohnheiten-erlebe-ich-mehr-frieden","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.thebrightpath.com\/de\/mit-gesunden-gewohnheiten-erlebe-ich-mehr-frieden\/","title":{"rendered":"Mit gesunden Gewohnheiten erlebe ich mehr Frieden"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-a50aa9b8 alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>Von Virendra Ishaya<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eGesunde Gewohnheiten\" ist zu einem weit verbreiteten Begriff geworden, wenn es darum geht, unseren Lebensstil zu managen oder umzugestalten.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Begriff bezieht sich in der Regel auf eine gute Ern\u00e4hrung, viel Schlaf, ausreichend Bewegung und vielleicht das Entr\u00fcmpeln unseres Hauses, um uns von ungenutzten Dingen zu befreien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All diese Dinge sind sehr wichtig f\u00fcr ein gesundes Leben, aber ich m\u00f6chte ein wenig \u00fcber andere Arten von gesunden Gewohnheiten sprechen, die wir neben diesen offensichtlichen Gewohnheiten praktizieren k\u00f6nnen.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>Ich rede von \"Gesunden Denkgewohnheiten\"<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Als ich noch K\u00fcchenchef war und in gro\u00dfen Hotels arbeitete, habe ich mich immer als gejagtes Tier beschrieben. Ich hatte den ganzen Tag \u00fcber keine Zeit, in der ich mich einen Moment h\u00e4tte sammeln k\u00f6nnen. Den ganzen Tag \u00fcber wurde ich mit Fragen, Problemen, Menschen und einer allgemeinen Betriebsamkeit bombardiert, die ich absolut nicht kontrollieren konnte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manchmal wohnte ich auch im Hotel, so dass selbst in der Nacht gelegentlich das Telefon klingelte und ich zur Arbeit gerufen wurde.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Art von Umgebung gab mir keine Chance auf Frieden und brachte mich nahe an ein v\u00f6lliges mentales Burn-out. Als ich also ein paar Monate sp\u00e4ter meinen Ascension Meditationskurs machte und die Lehrer mich fragten, was mein gr\u00f6\u00dfter Herzenswunsch sei, sagte ich nat\u00fcrlich: \"Frieden!\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und damit begann ich, gesunde Gewohnheiten zu entwickeln, die mir helfen w\u00fcrden, mehr Frieden in meinem Leben zu haben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"335\" height=\"335\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebrightpath.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-51486\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thebrightpath.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image.png 335w, https:\/\/www.thebrightpath.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/www.thebrightpath.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/www.thebrightpath.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-12x12.png 12w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 335px) 100vw, 335px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>Und damit begann ich, gesunde Gewohnheiten zu entwickeln, die mir helfen w\u00fcrden, mehr Frieden in meinem Leben zu haben.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Von da an erinnerte ich mich jedes Mal, wenn ich mich an einem Scheideweg befand, an dem gr\u00f6\u00dfere oder auch kleinere Entscheidungen zu treffen waren, an meinen gr\u00f6\u00dften Herzenswunsch - <strong>Frieden<\/strong> - und traf meine Entscheidungen auf der Grundlage der einfachen Frage: \"Wird mir das mehr Frieden bringen oder nicht?\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese einfache und direkte Richtlinie f\u00fcr das Leben, gepaart mit meiner Ascension Praxis, gab mir eine auf nat\u00fcrliche Weise gelassenere Haltung gegen\u00fcber jeder Art von Problemen, die im Laufe des Tages auftauchen w\u00fcrden. Au\u00dferdem vermittelte sie mir ein grundlegendes Gef\u00fchl der Zufriedenheit und des Vertrauens in das Leben, das ich nie zuvor gesp\u00fcrt hatte.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Sache ist die: Wenn wir uns dar\u00fcber im Klaren sind, was wir wollen, wird das Universum alles tun, um uns genau das zu geben. Manche Menschen neigen dazu, immer zu geben, und andere scheinen mehr zu nehmen als zu geben. Die gro\u00dfen Weisen w\u00fcrden sagen: \"Liebt sie alle, aber w\u00e4hlt aus, mit wem ihr lieber Zeit verbringen wollt.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>Finde einen Meditationspraxis, die f\u00fcr dich funktioniert&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Meditation funktioniert! Ascension funktioniert f\u00fcr mich und es gibt mir weiterhin jeden Tag mehr zu erkunden. Ich habe viele andere Dinge ausprobiert und ich w\u00fcrde alle ermutigen, so viel auszuprobieren wie sie m\u00f6gen bis sie eine Praxis gefunden haben, die auch f\u00fcr sie funktioniert.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir neigen dazu, viel auf dem Buffet der spirituellen Praktiken zu st\u00f6bern, weil es so viele Angebote gibt - was gro\u00dfartig ist. Meiner Erfahrung nach findet wahre spirituelle Praxis jedoch nie im Au\u00dfen statt! Genau wie beim Sport - wenn wir gut darin werden wollen, m\u00fcssen wir \u00fcben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au\u00dferdem ist es gut, sich daran zu erinnern, dass es bei der Meditation nichts zu erreichen gibt. Es gibt kein Ziel - der Weg ist das Ziel, und alles andere kommt danach!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>F\u00fchre aufbauende Gespr\u00e4che, die dich und dein Gegen\u00fcber beleben und nicht ersch\u00f6pfen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich erinnere mich, wie ich aus Sitzungen kam und diesen gro\u00dfen, tiefen Atemzug der Erleichterung nehmen musste, dass dieses Gespr\u00e4ch vorbei war, fast so, als m\u00fcsste ich die schwere Energie absch\u00fctteln. Und dann gab es Zeiten, in denen ich ein Gespr\u00e4ch mit einem L\u00e4cheln verlie\u00df, mit Schwung, inspiriert und bereit, neue Dinge anzugehen. Ich habe gelernt, dass ich selbst entscheiden kann, wor\u00fcber ich sprechen m\u00f6chte.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Leute tratschen gerne, aber das ist die niedrigste Form der Konversation, die es gibt, und sie hinterl\u00e4sst bei mir nie ein gutes Gef\u00fchl. Also tratsche ich nicht, und wenn ich in ein Gespr\u00e4ch verwickelt bin, das mir kein gutes Gef\u00fchl gibt, wechsle ich das Thema oder gehe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn ich einem unangenehmen Gespr\u00e4ch beiwohnen muss, versuche ich, nichts davon pers\u00f6nlich zu nehmen und mich in eine Art Beobachterrolle zu versetzen - wie beim Ansehen eines Films. Das ist ganz einfach und macht die Sache leichter!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Es gibt viele andere Dinge, die du tun kannst, wie:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kontrolliere die Gedanken, die dir durch den Kopf gehen, d. h. beobachte, was auf dem \"alten Dachboden\" passiert und vermeide, dich in Gedanken zu verlieren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tritt aus schwierigen Situationen einen Schritt zur\u00fcck und beobachte sie aus der Distanz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nimm niemals irgendetwas pers\u00f6nlich<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Liste l\u00e4sst sich fortsetzen\u2026&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>Du hast eine Wahl. Probier es aus und sieh selbst<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich hoffe, dass diese Tipps zur Schaffung gesunder Gewohnheiten f\u00fcr dich hilfreich sind, und ich kann allen, die bereit sind, diese Dinge auszuprobieren, aus Erfahrung sagen, dass es mit der Zeit einfacher wird.
