Sometimes we feel like a victim to circumstances. Caught by the hardships life 'throws at us' can be disheartening. How do we move from being on a roller coaster of ups and downs into a smoother, calmer experience? Not to say that challenges disappear, but the approach in how to accept and still experience an underlying peace is not only possible, it is the most natural of things.
