Up until 2014, when I learnt Ascension Meditation, I thought that peace was something I had to attain out in the world or in my external environment.

Through my first Ascension experience, I very quickly recognised the wellspring of peace within me, and I knew then that I had been searching for it in the wrong direction. Ascension has changed my experience of being in the world profoundly and it is a joy to be able to teach and share this wonderful practice.
