This course is a deep dive into the mechanics of Ascension and gives you the tools to a lively meditation practice.
It includes the two day in-depth course and SIX weeks of followup with the teachers. Once an individual has completed the course, they can “audit” First Sphere Courses world-wide without further financial investment.
