This Introductory Talk is the first hour of the First Sphere Course.
You will learn more about the Ascension Techniques and how the mind works, why we take on stress and what you can do to change this and experience peace. We also let you know more about the First Sphere Course so you can decide if you would like to attend this course to learn the practice of Ascension.
This talk includes a short guided exercise to get an experiential taster of what is possible to experience and learn more about the thinking mechanism.
There will be time for any questions you may have in between and at the end.
