I have been Ascending since 2006. I have greatly enjoyed teaching healthy living strategy, physical fitness and wellness to people of all ages for as long as I can remember.
The gift of Ascension has been priceless in my life as it reminds me of the experience that is always waiting for me behind the veil of a busy mind. Persistent practice has provided me with lasting peace and contentment.
