I am so happy to be here. Ascension has brought me so much peace with the feeling of being more grounded and focused.

I have been teaching Ascension since 2010 and I took my first course in Australia which is funny because I am Canadian. I work as a Registered Massage Therapist and teach (Hatha and Iyengar) Yoga too. Love my yoga.

Turtles are the best animal on the planet and orange is my favourite colour. I look forward to meeting you in my travels.
