Meditation has been a part of my life for over 20 years. Although my former practices served me at the time, they never taught me that I was not the thoughts in my mind.
When I learned to ascend in 2009 I was able to experience a stable level of peace that I had never experienced before. At the time of this writing (2016) I have 20 yrs in the alternative health field teaching Yoga, Fitness, Spiritual Healing and Mediumship.
I became an Ishaya Bright Path teacher in 2012 and have taught in Canada and throughout the US. It is my passion in life to teach & help others obtain a stable experience of peace.
