I use to be super depressed, super anxious. I discovered with my friends here that I just needed to change my focus to things I like to do. The things I like to do a lot. And ask myself, what really makes me happy. And do that more. The moments I go for tea, ride the bike or crash it. The moments shared with friends, and the moments I Ascend are filled with more joy, and solidity. Everything is just plain easier going. No need to try so hard anymore.
