During the First Sphere course you will learn the primary four techniques of the Ishayas’ Ascension, as well as the understanding and experience to practise this effortless meditation in the most effective way. This course is relaxing, enjoyable and truly life changing.

The course runs on Friday 7pm-9.30pm, Saturday 10am-4pm, and Sunday 10am-3pm. Arkiri and Gauri promise to make this weekend memorable and fun. The fee for the weekend is $395 or $195 if unwaged or student. Ongoing support is available and you can resit the course anytime, anywhere for free!
