Bedtime Zoom Sessions
A wonderful way to complete your day and fully relax into sleep.
Sleep Well Sessions are designed to help you experience deeper sleep, reduce stress, promote your body’s natural ability to heal itself and more besides.
We will share gently guided simple and easy practices including The Pineal Gland Technique and also include time for some guided and non-guided meditations.
All sessions are FREE and start at 10pm.
If you wish, “arrive” ready for bed in your pyjamas so you can easily snuggle down whenever you feel sleepy and want to leave the meeting.
