Yes!!! Then this course is for you. Join us for our “First Sphere Course” that runs on Sunday night for 5 weeks starting on Jan. 22, 2023. Ending on Feb. 19, 2023 – the family day weekend.
Learn techniques that are based in Praise, Gratitude and Love and develop your own daily meditation practice. Each week builds on the previous week so please plan on attending all 5 weeks plus the bonus check in session.
