I learned to Ascend in 2002 and “Freedom” is the one word to sum up what Ascension has done for me and what my experience of the Now is since then. My life seemed to be amazing at that time, but in reality, from where I stand currently; I was in a permanent state of suffering, trying all kinds of easy escapes.
Changing my relationship with the mind has given me an unlimited state of contentment and joy. It makes my heart sing to see others experiencing freedom through Ascension. Besides that I love sharing good food, good coffee, good times, travelling, living in Joy and enjoying living.
Aprendí a Ascender en el 2002 y “libertad” es la palabra que refleja lo que la Ascensión ha hecho por mi.
Desde entonces libertad es mi experiencia del Ahora. El cambiar la relación con mi mente me ha dado un estado ilimitado de plenitud y alegría. Ver a otros experimentar libertad a través de la Ascensión hace mi corazón cantar.
Ahora mi profesión de tiempo completo es la libertad. Además amo compartir buena comida, buen cafe, buenos momentos, viajar, vivir en gozo y gozar la vida.
