We have the use of a family holiday home, a large comfortable Lockwood house near the beach with log fire.

This day is aimed at being fun, relaxing, rejuvenating and insightful.
We will enliven your practice with guidance and exercises during the day.

Attitudes: you can receive an Advanced Attitude on this day if you want more techniques to enliven your practice and you have been ascending regularly with the techniques you have.
