I committed 100% to Ascension in September 2014 and the experiences since have been out of this world. This meditation practice is so simple and effortless yet extremely powerful and efficient. I am so blown away by it, I realized I had to teach it to others. I’ve been teaching Ascension since September 2015 and I love, love, love teaching it. Every day is like a new life for me.
