I have been Ascending since 1997 and it is an honour and a privilege to share this teaching.

My background in teaching young adults of all abilities, as well as homoeopathy and flower essences has given me a range of experience in working with families often facing difficult challenges in their lives.

I love all outdoor activities and these have included sailing, windsurfing, mountaineering and riding pillion on large motorbikes across Europe, though I find there is no better way to spend an evening than with good friends, a simple meal and a log fire.
