After many years of trying to experience freedom through many ways of pushing myself, I learnt to Ascend and was overwhelmed by an inner freedom. I went from feeling a nagging sense of lack on the inside to an experience of purpose, deep relaxation and immense joy.
It brings me the deepest joy to be an Ascension teacher and the co-ordinator for the community in Sweden since 2011. Since the Autumn of 2016, Copenhagen has been my base. I am also a psychologist, yoga teacher and a devoted student of Life with a passion for helping others finding their inner peace.
