Hello! I live in beautiful northwest Michigan. I love all forms of art. My interests include astrology, poetry, and dance/movement therapies. I became a licensed psychotherapist in 2011, the same year I learned to ascend. This practice has changed the way I mitigate stress in my personal, relational, and professional life. I experience a continuing expansion of more joy, more peace, and more love. I am passionate about the positive impact Ascension has on mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
