Simply by showing me how to rise above the chatter of my mind, Ascension has reconnected me with the Silence that I knew when I was a kid and enriched my life with much peace love and joy.

Having trained and worked as an advocate and solicitor for more than 20 years, I now work as a corporate advisor and an independent director of two publicly listed companies.

A daily practice of Ascension has helped me to easily handle stress and break free of limiting beliefs and has made me so present in every moment. What a paradigm shift and a relief!
