I am a yoga teacher, part time real estate investor and avid traveller who has been teaching Ascension since 2004.

The first time I used the techniques I felt like I had come home to an experience of peace and stillness. This experience has continued to grow and become a natural part of my moment to moment experience of life.

I feel incredibly blessed and passionate to share the simplicity and ease of this teaching.
