Ascension came to me in 2009 after 4 decades of trying anything and everything to find peace within.

This is different – simple, easy, no trying, and that ‘got’ me quick and deep. And it hasn’t let up yet!

The practice has changed how I experience every facet of my life, from my day-job in atomic chemistry to my relationships/family right through to what I ‘see’ and how I feel through every moment of every day.
