Join us for this 2-Day Advanced Course.
Over the course of the weekend we will explore our experience of stillness, eyes open and eyes closed.
It will be a deep dive into the experience of the Ascendant.
Everything which supports you in stabilising your experience will be discussed and then put into practice.
There will be space to answer all your questions, so bring them with you and more will likely arise as the weekend unfolds.
You are able to get extra techniques at this course should you wish to do so. There is an additional cost for this, so if you are interested in more, please ask and we will let you know what is required for your individual needs.
