I have been Ascending since 2001 and have taught Ascension across Canada. Ascension has allowed me a new lease on life! In practicing and teaching Ascension, I have been able to live a more authentic, freer life, filled up with more joy, peace and laughter.
It is a great relief to me to know that in every moment I have a choice between peace or pain! This has also made it incredibly easier to taking nothing serious ~ to be childlike again! This is why I want to share this with everyone!
