My name, Prasada, refers to purity, clarity, brightness, kindness, and grace. It’s impossible to overstate the impact of these techniques. Life just flows.

Everything is simple. There’s a constant experience of fullness, of joy, of a peace that is so deep and so eternal the mind cannot begin to grasp it. Everyone, without exception, deserves that peace. There’s no greater joy than to share these techniques with others.
